Any order received before 1:30 PM EST Monday thru Friday will ship out within the next business day with a goal of same business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind bad weather or emergencies arise that can delay any shipment. USPS is offered for customers with PO Boxes. Please select a UPS service if you do not have a PO Box. We offer different shipping speeds as a courtesy; we do not guarantee any shipping speed. All possible guarantees are from the respective carrier. We may attempt to assist in any shipping issues as a courtesy, but the carrier is responsible. We do not offer any refunds on any shipping due to lost, late or misdirected mail. There are events or increased shipping volume when carriers may or will suspend a shipping speed guarantee. As a general rule we do not monitor this from the carriers. Our speed listed for each carrier is provided as an estimate that is automatically imported from each carrier and is provided by us as a courtesy. Please see the shipping carrier for any changes to their shipping guidelines, shipping products, services or guarantees and any suspension of any or all part(s) of same.
