Pepper Steak Burgers
( Prep: 5 Minutes, Cook: 10 Minutes )
Ingredients
1 pound lean Ground Beef
4 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
2 Tablespoons Pepper Steak Spice Blend
Optional: 1/4 finely diced Onion
Combine Ground Beef, BBQ Sauce, Onion and 1 Tablespoon Pepper Steak Spice Blend in a bowl.
Shape into 3 or 4 patties
Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon Pepper Steak Spice Blend on top of patties.
Pan fry or grill to your desired doneness.
Top with BBQ Sauce & serve in a toasted bun.
